King Richard’s Creates 14 Outdoor Stations of the Cross for Our Lady of LaLeche National Shrine in St. Augustine, FL.

King RIChArd’s CREATES AND DElivers 14 OUTDOOR STATIONS OF THE CROSS FOR THE National Shrine of LALeche.

King Richard’s recently delivered fourteen white‑resin Stations of the Cross for the Shrine’s garden path. Each one was installed inside a handcrafted cedar wooden huts with doors that parishioners can open and close as they move through the devotion.

DELIVERY

The King Richard’s Installation Team personally delivered the Stations of the Cross and their hut homes to the National Shrine safely and carefully.

Preparation

The King Richard’s Installation Team began by prepping wooden posts that will hold up the cedar and copper roof huts with the Stations of the Cross inside.

The scenes were made of white resin for outdoor accommodations and measure at 22” x 14” x 16”.

Wooden Stakes

Wooden stakes were first placed along the pathway, each one carefully positioned in its designated spot and distanced appropriately.

Painting and Signage

The wooden post were then painted and labeled—Roman numerals at the top and the scene’s depiction near the lower center—so that parishioners could follow the Stations of the Cross according to their prayer order.

Placement of Stations of the Cross

The Stations of the Cross scenes, housed within their huts, were then installed on their designated posts in the proper devotional order. Lighting features were also added to cast a gentle glow during the darker hours.
