This Singapore Church turns to King Richards for its custom Altar of Sacrifice. This piece was designed, hand-crafted, delivered and installed by King Richard’s North American Team.

Our team and the client carefully selected the finest marble from the mountains of Italy in person, ensuring that each piece meets the highest standards of beauty and craftsmanship. From concept and design to quarrying the stone, every step is carried out with precision and care.

Design

 King Richard’s team collaborates with the client to develop a design that reflects the church’s needs and traditions. Our artists then create detailed renderings for review and approval, ensuring every element is perfected before production begins.

MarblE Quarry

The Carrara marble used for this project originates from the renowned quarries of Italy. Each block is carefully hand-selected to meet the highest standards of quality, beauty, and consistency before being cut for production.

Here is a glimpse into the marble quarry, where these magnificent stones are extracted from the mountains, and the storage yards where the marble is inspected and selected before beginning its transformation into a sacred work of art.

CREATION OF ALTAR OF SACRIFICE

After selection, the marble is transported to King Richard’s skilled artisans, where the Altar of Sacrifice is brought to life. Every component is hand-carved and crafted to the exact design specifications and dimensions, ensuring the highest level of quality, precision.

Once completed, the Altar of Sacrifice was carefully crated and shipped to Atlanta, where King Richard’s installation team took over the next phase of its journey. From there, the team traveled with the altar to its final destination in Singapore.

Upon arrival, the installation team meticulously assembled, installed, and finished the altar within the church it was created to serve. Every detail was handled with precision and care, ensuring the Altar of Sacrifice was delivered safely and presented in perfect condition, ready for generations of worship and devotion.

PROJECT COMPLETION

The hand-carved Carrara marble Altar of Sacrifice now stands in its permanent home, where it will serve as the centerpiece of worship for generations to come.
