King Richard’s Liturgical Design & Contracting was commissioned to carefully remove and relocate the historic reredos from a church in Albany, New York, for installation in a new church in Ontario, Canada. The process began with the methodical dismantling of the reredos, with individual architectural, ornamental, and sculptural elements carefully identified, documented, and catalogued to preserve the original composition and facilitate accurate reassembly. Each component was securely prepared for handling and transport, with particular attention given to the protection of historic materials and finishes.

Following removal, King Richard’s coordinated the transportation and delivery of the dismantled components to the receiving church in Ontario. The relocation culminated in the careful reassembly and installation of the reredos within its new sacred setting, preserving its craftsmanship, devotional character, and architectural presence for continued liturgical use.
