King Richard’s creates and installs beautiful custom wood altar of sacrifice for St. James Catholic Church in Rockford, Illinois.

Rockford, Illinois— September 23, 2024– King Richard’s Liturgical Design and Contracting created and installed a handcrafted wooden Altar of Sacrifice for St. James Catholic Church in Rockford, IL, highlighting their dedication to producing beautiful and functional liturgical pieces that enrich the church’s sanctuary.

The Altar of Sacrifice, crafted from premium wood and features intricate decorations that include the symbols representing the four evangelists. The use of a marbling technique on the painted wood is particularly noteworthy, as it mimics the grandeur of real marble, giving the altar an elegant and refined appearance. Along the top, the inscription “ADEST, DUES, IPSUM, ADORA” emphasizes its sacred purpose.

The beautiful piece was successfully delivered and installed at St. James Catholic Church, thanks to the dedicated efforts of the King Richard’s installation and delivery team who ensured safe handling throughout the process.
