King Richard's Completes Custom Statue of St. Joseph the Worker for St. Paul Catholic Church

King Richard’s has completed a custom wood statue of St. Joseph the Worker for St. Paul Catholic Church in Olathe, Kansas.

Standing 72 inches tall, the statue was handcrafted from Linden wood and custom painted and finished to the church’s specifications. The depiction features St. Joseph holding a carpenters square, representing his work as a carpenter, along with lilies.

The project was designed to reflect the parish’s vision while preserving the traditional iconography associated with St. Joseph the Worker. Every stage of the process—from carving and painting to the final detailing—was completed by King Richard’s artisans using time-honored techniques and careful attention to detail.
